Fast fixes need clear access and ownership

The portal intake keeps the project narrow and safe. You do not need to know every DNS detail, but we do need the right contacts and approvals before changes are made.

  • The domain you want fixed and whether it currently sends email.
  • Who controls DNS: S-Tech access, your IT provider, or self-service changes.
  • Known email senders such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM, invoices, website forms, newsletters, or support tools.
  • Billing, main, and technical contacts for decisions and approvals.
  • Recipients for the verification updates and handover summary.
